1. One of the failures of the door machine without lifting

Fault phenomenon:

       When the hoisting master controller is operated to raise or lower each gear, the hoisting motor will act instantaneously and then stop. Press the reset button and then test the car, the fault phenomenon repeats.

Troubleshooting process:

       1. Check the circuit breakers of the main circuit of the hoisting mechanism, and there is no tripping, indicating that the circuit breakers of the hoisting main circuit are normal;

       2. Disconnect the main circuit power supply, check the PLC hoisting input points dynamically against the input address table, and operate the hoisting master controller to different gears, the corresponding address light will light up, indicating the input signal of the hoisting master controller normal;

       3. Close the main circuit power supply, test the hoisting action, observe the PLC input point, and find that the hoisting support brake feedback address light has not been lit, indicating that there is a problem with the brake travel switch. The solution is to correspond to a travel switch of the brake The terminal row in the PLC cabinet is short-circuited, and the fault disappears after re-testing.

       4. After the short circuit, the lifting action was further tested, and it was found that when the electric hydraulic pressure supporting the brake pushed it to lift, the top plate could not touch the travel switch, and the switch could not be moved, indicating that the fault was confirmed by the displacement of the top plate of the brake travel switch. . Treatment measures, re-adjust the position of the top plate of the brake travel switch, remove the short-circuit connection, press the reset button on the operator's cab console, and the fault is eliminated.
