(1) Each crane hangs a sign with the rated lifting capacity in an obvious place.

(2) During work, no one is allowed on the bridge or transporting people with a hook.

(3) It is not allowed to drive a crane without an operating license or after drinking.

(4) Concentrate, do not talk, smoke or do irrelevant things during the operation.

(5) The car should be clean; no equipment, tools, inflammables, explosives and dangerous goods are allowed to be placed indiscriminately.

(6) The crane is not allowed to be overloaded.

(7) Lifting is not allowed under the following conditions: loose binding; overloaded mechanical parts; unknown signal; oblique pulling; objects buried or frozen in the ground; Dangerous goods; overfilled liquid items; wire ropes do not meet the requirements for use; failure of the lifting mechanism.

(8) When the crane is running on a line without obstacles, the hook or spreader and the bottom surface of the hanging object should be more than 2m above the ground. If you cross an obstacle, it must be 0.5m higher than the obstacle.

(9) For lifting objects less than 50% of the rated lifting capacity, two mechanisms are allowed to act at the same time; for lifting objects greater than 50% of the rated lifting capacity, only one mechanism can act.

(10) For bridge cranes with main and auxiliary hooks, do not raise or lower the main and auxiliary hooks at the same time (special exceptions).

(11) It is not allowed to apply welding or hammering on the lifted object and work under the object (it can be supported when supported).

(12) After the power outage, and the sign of the outage operation is hung on the switch, the inspection or maintenance work can be carried out. Such as live work, must have measures to protect, and have a special person to take care of.

(13) It is not allowed to throw things from the car casually.

(14) Limit switches and interlock protection devices should be checked frequently.

(15) It is not allowed to touch the limit switch as a way to stop.

(16) When there is a problem with the lifting brake, it is not allowed to lift heavy objects.

(17) The suspended objects are not allowed to run over people or equipment.

(18) When welding a certain part of the crane, a special ground wire should be set up, and it is not allowed to use the fuselage as a ground wire.

(19) When the hook is at the lower limit position, more than two loops of rope are reserved on the drum.

(20) Cranes are not allowed to collide with each other, let alone use one crane to push another crane for work.

(21) When lifting heavier objects, liquid metal, explosive and dangerous goods, first slowly lift 100~200mm off the ground to test the reliability of the brake.

(22) Lighting lamps for repair and inspection, the voltage of which is below 36V.

(23) All electrical equipment shells of bridge cranes should be grounded. If the trolley track is not welded to the main beam, measures should be taken to weld the ground wire. The grounding wire can be galvanized flat iron with a cross-sectional area greater than 75mm2 or bare copper wire with a cross-sectional area of 10mm2 or galvanized round steel with a cross-sectional area greater than 30mm2. There should be more than two grounding locations for the driver's cab or the crane body. The grounding resistance between any point on the crane and the neutral point of the power supply should be less than 4Ω.

(24) Regularly do technical inspections and do pre-inspection and pre-repair work.
